Since updating to this new website, the response by our customers has been amazing and we thank all for the support and encouragement received.

The increase in orders has been greatly appreciated but naturally the order processing time will occasionally go into OVER LOAD. If you do need your order by a certain date please advise of that in a separate EMAIL.

Whilst we do our utmost to dispatch as fast and as efficiently as we can we do offer our apologies and sincere thanks for your patience and any inconvenience you may be experiencing.

Simply note what items you want and EMAIL Kristine with your request. Kristine will contact you direct to obtain your Credit Card details and address etc. Once I have a total I can email you with that and the date I can dispatch to you. Although this is not as secure a way of ordering, it can often be a less expensive option.

For WHOLESALE orders (especially for ART MOULDS you must allow up to a 30 day minimum turnaround. If your ART MOULD order exceeds 350 items a 30 - 45 day minimum is definitely needed.) Please read the area for WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
