The fascinating ATC concept has the card world in a tizz and justly so. Miniature cards that must comply to very strict rules regarding size (2 1/2 by 3 1/3 inches)
When you make sets, they do not all have to be exactly the same but they must comply to a theme.
THEY MUST NEVER BE SOLD - but only swapped - très cool. Who knows where a tiny piece of your art could finish up?
